Golden Globes Trends 2016 - 70’s Glitz Kids
byThese six stars shimmered down the Red Carpet of this year's Golden Globes.
Shimmer and sparkle weren't missing from the Golden Globes Red Carpet last night, as many stars arrived looking like they had just stepped out of Studio 54. The use of sequins and crystals were used to a range of effects: from Julianne Moore's sequined Tom Ford creation to Portia Doubleday's Disco Ball Naeem Khan gown, the glitz was non-stop. Michael Kors did not miss the memo with his two sequin creations: a sinuous halter red column dress for Olivia Wilde, and a glamorous two-piece nude ensemble for Kate Hudson. Brie Larson also went with a nude look: a beaded halter dress by Calvin Klein, and Heidi Klum went full on 70s in a Marchesa dress which combined fringe and sequins.
