The barely there hair trend first sprouted in the ‘60s, Mia Farrow, and followed suit again during the ‘90s, Gwyneth Paltrow. Now the pixie cut has yet again made a valiant return with the aid of top notch hairstylists—who know how to yield a pair of shears—and daring celebrities who are embracing the new length that is quickly becoming the new norm.
